1. Valid  South African ID
2. Valid  Driver’s License (matching the vehicle code used for transport)
3. Professional Driving Permit (PrDP): If not yet obtained, Care Cab will cover the cost upon acceptance—proof of application may be required.
4. Proof  of Vehicle Ownership or Access (e.g., registration papers or signed usage agreement)
5. Police clearance certificate (valid within the last 6 months)
6. Proof  of Address (Recent utility bill or affidavit if not in applicant’s name)

• Medical  Student Enrollment Letter—Must confirm second-year status or higher or Caregiving Course Certificate from an accredited   institution
