 Applicants must provide:

· Access to a roadworthy vehicle suitable for safe, comfortable client transport

• Police clearance certificate (valid within the last 6 months)

· A valid Professional Driving Permit (PrDP)
Required under South African law for paid passenger services. Care Cab will cover the cost of obtaining this if your application is successful.

Qualifications:

• Enrolled in at least the second year of a medical degree (proof required)
• OR completion of a caregiving course from an accredited institution       (certificate required)
• Valid  South African ID and driver’s license
• Consent to a comprehensive background screening, including:
  • Criminal record check
  • Reference verification
  • Any other compliance- or safety-related assessments
• Proof  of address

Access to a smartphone or mobile device for live communication and trip management

• Earn 75% of the base fare (R500 per trip).

• Care Cab retains 25% for platform and operational support.

• A R50 fuel allowance is included in the trip fee, with extra fuel costs (over 10 km) reimbursed by clients.

• Earnings are calculated transparently and displayed at the time of booking.

• You will be paid via EFT once a week or every two weeks, depending on the number of trips completed.
